SHARES in SSE tumbled nearly 5% after it reported that renewables output was 15% below plan for the first three quarters of its financial year, as it felt the impact of a series of winter storms. But the Perth-based company, which is investing £20.5 billion in renewable energy infrastructure projects, said it remains on track to meet previously announced profit guidance for the year.
