Work is progressing to prepare the Sizewell C nuclear project site on the East Suffolk coast for main construction, with site establishment works and civil engineering trials underway. The Sizewell C project triggered its development consent (DCO) order in January, which gave the formal green light for construction to begin. Plant was mobilised to site soon after.
