Sizewell C has won a legal battle against activists seeking for the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) to withdraw the nuclear power plant’s nuclear site license (NSL). The NSL was granted in April 2024. The decision was made following an assessment of Sizewell C Ltd’s nuclear site licence application.
