A new Sizewell C charter aims to create a skilled workforce on the Suffolk coast. The charter was launched through a collaboration between Sizewell C, the Construction Industry Training Board, the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board, Suffolk County Council and East Suffolk Council. It aims to meet the workforce demands for the nuclear power station’s construction while ensuring long-term socio-economic benefits for Suffolk and the East of England. It also prioritises inclusivity, providing opportunities for underrepresented groups, and supporting communities.
