The House of Commons Science and Technology probes the challenges to deliver new nuclear projects in the UK, in the second session of its inquiry (on 9th Nov). It is the Government’s intention to triple the current electricity output from nuclear by 2050 and deliver “the equivalent” of one new nuclear reactor a year.
