THE Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) has issued a regulatory notice to the former Hunterston A nuclear plant after issues with a laboratory on the site. But the team behind the decommissioning of the plant, Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS), insist there is no danger to the public.
