The Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has today issued a letter (PDF, 136KB) confirming those parties that the Applicant should consult regarding a proposed material change application relating to the Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) Order 2013. Removal of requirement to install Acoustic Fish Deterrent system (associated with cooling water intake heads) amendments to the Interim Spent Fuel Store and Meteorological Mast, addition of new Hinkley Point Substation and Sluice Gate Storage Racks.
