EDF: two years suspended prison sentence required against ex-CEO for suspicion of favoritism. This Tuesday, justice condemned EDF and its former CEO Henri Proglio for having recruited consultants outside the rules of competition. In addition to the two-year suspended prison sentence, the prosecution is demanding a fine of 200,000 euros against the ex-CEO.
