Shona Robison, the finance secretary, revealed to Holyrood on Tuesday that a further £460 million would be drawn down from ScotWind revenue. The fund, earmarked for reinvestment in renewables, had raised more than £700 million in 2022 in an auction of sea bed plots for offshore projects.
