Robin Harper, the former Scottish Green leader, has condemned the party as “careless and cocky” as he revealed he will vote for Labour in forthcoming elections. Harper was the first elected Green parliamentarian in the UK when he became an MSP for the Lothians in the first Holyrood elections in 1999.
